Generic Name: Propoxyphene and Acetaminophen

As in any medication, overdose of Darvocet can lead to serious health issues. A significant number of fatality cases related to overdose have been reported when propoxyphene is used along with CNS depressants like Alcohol. Most of these cases had background of emotional disorders as well as concomitant use of sedatives, tranquilizers, anti-depressants etc.

A high enough overdose has been reported as fatal and hence it is necessary to strictly observe Physician instructions about taking Darvocet. In case of an accidental overdose, immediately inform the doctor / local poison control center (1-800-222-1222 for US patients) in case of overdose emergency. Dial 911 for other extreme emergencies.

Missed Darvocet, Darvocet-N Dose
